I wish I could remember our server's name. He was swamp BUT took care of our orders ( 6 in our party with All You Can Eat) and refills like a pro! .. the food was fresh and HOT. We are kinda picky people when it comes to restuarants and none of us has any complaints! We will be back again for iam making this my monthly cheat meal.
Our server,Jennifer, was so sweet and really made our first time here amazing! She was very knowledgeable and observant. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal! She answered all of my questions about the different types of sushi and what was in them and was very friendly! I’m definitely bringing my whole family next time! :)
Spacious restaurant with a very large menu and several lunch specials. They have sushi, sashimi, hibachi, and noodle dishes with a large vegetarian selection. Our server Tommy/Thomas was the best. He was quick, kept our drinks full and helped with the menu. Tommy was super sweet. I'll be sure to ask for him next time I come.
Amazing sushi and Japanese food! Me and my husband love coming here! There's usually no wait time (for smaller groups), and the staff are very friendly. Expansive menu, and delicious food every time! All for a fair price. Definitely recommend!
The food was amazingly fresh! What a joy it is to go to a sushi bar and have fresh stuff! You think? The portions are small, which I like because it's all you can eat. That means everything is cut very deliberately for taste. I hate going to a sushi bar where they lob off big hunks of not too fresh fish, throw it on your plate and slop the hog! The grand prize of the whole evening was a wonderful young man named Byrd. I actually had to find the manager and compliment him on the outstanding service we received from this gentleman. What a breath of fresh air it is to talk to a winner. Football player, getting his masters degree in Business Administration, wants to start his own restaurant, a true passion for food. Wow. You guys at Sushi Masa, listen up, don't lose this guy! All in all a great evening, good food punctuated by excellent service, what more could you want? Update: came back and had another great server whose name was Dustin. This place rocks!
Our waitress Karlee was fantastic and very personable! We did the all you can eat and our food came out quick and was all correct. I had multiple sushi rolls (Snow White, Spider, and Caterpillar) and edamame. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back!
My favorite restaurant in Beaumont, Texas! Awesome menus and great service. Raynella is an awesome server. This place always delivers great fresh food and great atmosphere! Double Spicy Roll is highly recommended.
Tommy served my partner, friends and I today. He was incredibly friendly and outgoing; cracking jokes, using informal and friendly language and having a laugh with us while still getting his job done not only by getting our food out quickly but answering any questions, refilling drinks before we even realised they were empty, taking all bits of trash the moment we used things and plates away as well as being quick to take our orders after each roll (we got all you can eat). He was well groomed and had a lot of originality.
